Sei
An L1 focused on trading speed. It has supported the EVM since 2024 (Sei v2), and third-party bridges connect it to Ethereum.
Sei is an L1 focused on trading speed that launched in August 2023. Its v2 upgrade in May 2024 added EVM support, and that EVM side is what this city shows.
Having started in the Cosmos world, it connects to Cosmos chains through IBC and to Ethereum through third-party bridges. Gas is paid in SEI.
Originally built as a trading-focused Cosmos chain, Sei launched its v2 upgrade in 2024 to introduce a parallelized EVM where Solidity and Cosmwasm contracts interoperate seamlessly.
Powered by Twin-Turbo consensus and SeiDB, it reaches finality in roughly 400 milliseconds—serving high-frequency DeFi trading, gaming, and consumer applications.
